Sermorelin is a synthetic peptide that mimics the natural growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) to stimulate the pituitary gland to produce and secrete more of the body's own growth hormone (GH). Sermorelin works by binding to GHRH receptors on the pituitary gland.

  • Unlike synthetic human growth hormone (HGH), which directly adds GH to the body and can shut down natural production, sermorelin promotes the pulsatile and regulated release of GH.
  • This regulated mechanism, which is controlled by negative feedback from the hormone somatostatin, helps maintain the body's natural hormone rhythms and reduces the risk of side effects associated with excessive GH. 


Sermorelin therapy has shown great promise in helping adult men and women overcome the effects and symptoms of a wide variety of complaints and disorders including:

It is recommended that individuals continue to take sermorelin therapy for at least six months to a year to see full benefits. Gonadorelin is a synthetic peptide that is identical to the naturally occurring gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH). It can stimulate testosterone and sperm production. For men on long-term testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), gonadorelin may be used to prevent testicular shrinkage and preserve fertility.
